Responsibilities
As a Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You’ll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.
- Safety First: Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets.

- Conflict Resolution & Interpersonal Relationships: Proactively address conflicts fairly and effectively, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions.
- Accountability & Fairness: Champion accountability, managing both your own performance and that of the hourly workforce regarding processes and standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or other relevant experience.
- Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology is preferred.
The expected annual salary range for this position is $74,000 - $124,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
