Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Airwallex is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead the strategic approach to third-party spend globally.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Strategic Finance and shape category and vendor strategies, lead commercial negotiations, and identify opportunities to optimize the vendor portfolio and cost base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop category strategies across major areas of third-party spend
• Build a forward-looking view of Airwallex's vendor portfolio
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations
• Drive value and cost discipline
• Build strategic sourcing capabilities

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or commercial strategy
• Strong track record of leading complex negotiations and delivering commercial outcomes
• Experience in technology and software sourcing, particularly cloud and data
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
