Project Manager - DevOps team

Electronic Arts is seeking a Project Manager for its DevOps team in Bucharest, Romania. The successful candidate will play a key role in the leadership team, managing project and resource planning, balancing scope with capacity, tracking progress, implementing processes, and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery across a team of DevOps engineers within a global team
• Collaborate with tech leads and engineers on planning and implementing DevOps projects
• Guide planning and support continuous improvement through retrospectives
• Create project schedules and align with development and central teams
• Meet deadlines and communicate status and risks to the project team and partners
• Mitigate risks and be the point of escalation for conflict management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally on DevOps-centric teams or similar software development projects
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management
• Experience solving complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software
