Director Customer Success, NVIE, Physical AI & vGPU

NVIDIA is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead its EMEA go-to-market efforts across various products, including NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Run:ai, Physical AI, and vGPU. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer success, onboarding, license usage, support escalations, and renewals. They will also guide executive reviews, set priorities, and mentor leaders and senior individual contributors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead EMEA go-to-market efforts across multiple NVIDIA products
• Handle customer onboarding, license usage, support escalations, and renewals
• Guide executive reviews with EMEA and global stakeholders
• Set priorities across sales toolkits, playbooks, success metrics, enablement, and product feedback
• Mentor leaders and senior individual contributors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of sales experience in enterprise software, AI platform, cloud, customer success, alliances, GTM leadership, or technical sales
• Proven ability to lead multi-product software businesses
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI software platform motions, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, software lifecycle, uptake metrics, renewal motions, and support operations
