Description

About the Role

As a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager, you will own the integrated supply-planning interface connecting capacity demand, L10 hardware supply, and L11 rack integration.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will coordinate the transition of servers and network equipment from server-level manufacturing (L10) into complete rack integration (L11), providing global partners with the material readiness, capacity planning, and operational visibility needed to execute Cloudflare's global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Supply Planning: Connect capacity requirements with L10 hardware availability and L11 rack manufacturing schedules to maintain scalable supply plans across global regions.
  • Manage Material & Production Readiness: Oversee weekly supply allocation reporting, shortage reviews, and material-readiness assessments for upcoming rack integration builds.
  • Guide Operational Tradeoffs: Identify supply constraints and present actionable allocation options to Capacity Planning, evaluating tradeoffs between direct hardware shipping and complete rack integration.
  • Translate Long-Term Strategy: Convert quarterly and annual capacity forecasts into actionable operational requirements for L11 integration partners.
  • Monitor Program Financials & Progress: Track CapEx commitments against rack integration and deployment plans, giving leadership visibility into utilization, execution progress, and delivery risks.
  • Lead Supplier Relationships: Partner with global L11 integration providers through regular business reviews covering capacity, delivery, cost, quality, and performance.
  • Expand Resilient Manufacturing: Evaluate and recommend new L11 suppliers and build locations to strengthen geographic resiliency, capacity growth, and technical standards.
  • Support Commercial Operations: Validate supplier requisitions, purchase orders, and commercial agreements while supporting leadership approval workflows.
  • Partner on Global Supply Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with Capacity Planning, Procurement, and Hardware Sourcing to identify and mitigate rack integration risks involving capacity bottlenecks, logistics hurdles, tariffs, and regional concentration.
  • Partner on New Product Introductions (NPI): Collaborate with Hardware Engineering and rack integration teams to translate evolving hardware designs into operational preproduction and build readiness plans.
  • Support Supplier Quality: Analyze supplier-performance trends, coordinate escalations, and track cross-functional quality and engineering issues through resolution.
  • Operationalize ERP Workflows: Support adoption and stabilization of the team's Oracle ERP processes, then identify improvements to planning, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver Executive Insights: Create clear forecasts, operational reporting, and risk assessments for leadership review.
  • Scale the Operating Model: Establish sustainable operational frameworks that expand production capacity while maximizing efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Broad professional experience in global supply chain management, production planning, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record coordinating supply and production programs across multi-site manufacturing environments and international regions.
  • Demonstrated skill in connecting demand forecasts, material readiness, supplier capacity, and manufacturing schedules.
  • Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional programs across engineering, procurement, finance, and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in supply modeling, risk assessment, and operational reporting.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage supplier performance and lead business reviews at both operational and executive levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting strategic options and risks to leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with contract manufacturing (CM), original design manufacturers (ODM), or systems integrators for data center, server, or network hardware.
  • Experience managing, optimizing, or stabilizing supply chain processes within an enterprise ERP platform (preferably Oracle).
  • Experience evaluating manufacturing partners, leading supplier assessments, or managing RFP processes.
  • Background in supporting commercial negotiations, procurement agreements, and supplier capacity commitments.
  • Familiarity with hardware new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing transition processes.
  • Knowledge of global supply risk management, including tariff mitigation, logistics planning, and regional diversification.
  • Experience using performance scorecards and operational metrics to drive supplier accountability.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier site visits and operational reviews.
