Floor Lead (Retail) (Part-time)

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join their store leadership team in their Nordstrom Concession, New York City. The Floor Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience
• Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in inventory management, order fulfillment, and storage organization
• Support in maintaining organizational integrity of the back of house
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technology
• Participate in identifying and escalating opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Critical thinking ability
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
