We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP - CRM.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and communication.
  • Deliver campaign automation software and tooling as an individual contributor.

  • Deliver to tight timelines with high quality and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Take ownership of learning and development in partnership with your line manager.

Job accountabilities:

Customer/ Stakeholder

  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver automation toolkit and applications.
  • Build a strong understanding of the business domain, strategy, functional priorities, and required technical capabilities.
  • Drive innovation individually and within the team to deliver incremental business value.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of business and product knowledge.
  • Identify and shape AI-driven opportunities with stakeholders, translating business problems into well-defined AI use cases, success measures, and adoption plans.

Campaign and Project Delivery

  • Translate business needs into actionable tasks, functional and technical requirements, and detailed implementation plan.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes through effective planning, stakeholder management, and quality controls.
  • Demonstrate strong productivity and reliable delivery.
  • Contribute to measurable team process improvement goals.
  • Design, develop, and integrate AI components into campaign automation solutions, including prototyping, evaluation, and iteration to meet business outcomes.

Process Efficiency and Controls

  • Produce cost-effective code and well-governed documentation; automate repetitive steps to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
  • Implement QA/ QC controls to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Understand relevant policies and standards, and support leadership in applying them through practical governance for tooling development.

  • Complete all required functional and Group/Region-mandated training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, CRM, or data analytics, with demonstrable delivery of production-grade applications (full software development lifecycle).
  • PhD or Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical capability:

  • Proven end-to-end engineering experience across:
  • Backend services and API development (RESTful design, authentication/authorisation, performance, observability).
  • Front-end UI development (responsive design, component-based frameworks).
  • Data modelling and persistence (SQL design, CRUD patterns, optimisation).
  • Productionisation (CI/CD, environments, monitoring, incident support).
  • Strong programming skills in one or more technology of each space of the following (preferred stack):
  • Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and/ or Java (Spring Boot).
  • JavaScript/ TypeScript with React and/ or Vue; solid understanding of web fundamentals including HTML/ CSS and modern application architecture patterns is a plus.
  • SQL databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL/ BigQuery.
