We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi Trade Floorer to join our team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our residents.
The role involves carrying out a wide range of flooring works, diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently, often in a single visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out flooring repairs and installations across a variety of materials.
- Diagnose faults and determine the most effective repair solution.
- Complete associated multi-trade tasks to ensure work is finished right first time.
- Deliver excellent customer service, keeping residents informed and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain tools, materials and vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Accurately record work completed, materials used and time taken using provided systems.
About You:
- Experienced in flooring and general multi-trade repairs.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Committed to safe working practices and excellent customer service.
