Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team working on the CRM platform, a large-scale enterprise application built on a PHP-based backend with a React/TypeScript micro-frontend monorepo.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will develop and maintain features across the existing frontend and backend codebase, contribute to GraphQL schema design, and build and maintain shared UI components.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to newly built Kotlin-based backend services as we evolve parts of the system towards a microservices architecture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features across the existing frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (PHP) codebase.
- Contribute to GraphQL schema design, resolvers, and Apollo Client/Server integration.
- Build and maintain shared UI components within the monorepo.
- Design, build, and maintain new backend microservices in Java/Kotlin.
- Write unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure code quality.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting across the stack.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience with GraphQL and/or REST API integration.
- Working knowledge of PHP or willingness/ability to quickly ramp up on an existing PHP codebase.
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin for backend service development.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to microservices concepts.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated enterprise environments.
