Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables and lead failure analysis efforts.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to address challenges and drive production process improvements.
• Foster effective teamwork and communication among diverse internal and external groups, acting as a liaison to align project goals and timelines.

What you need

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Quality.
• 3+ years of experience in working with contract manufacturers or joint development manufacturers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
