Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to promote and sell Lamb Weston's full range of products to local food services establishments in the south-east area, primarily in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.

You will report directly to the France SP Manager and National Account Manager south-east, joining the French Sales team. This is a remote role based in Lyon or the Greater Lyon area.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans, call and visit strategies, and end-user profiles for the relevant market area;
• Produce periodical sales reports and accurate records on end-user visits, including sales performance KPIs;
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across the portfolio of accounts;
• Plan and execute sales promotions and permanent listings with the marketing team;
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through optimal availability, communication, order tracking, and follow-up;
• Coach and train customers on product knowledge and features;
• Train kitchen staff in correct storage, handling, and frying procedures for our products;
• Contribute to Lamb Weston EMEA's professional organization and representation at exhibitions.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree with one or two years of sales experience, preferably in food, drink, FMCG, or wholesale, or a high school diploma with strong sales experience in food;
• Preferably living in the Lyon area;
• Fluency in French and advanced English skills.

You should be adaptable, persevering, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various types of people.
