Description
This is a 12-month internship programme with Rolls-Royce, offering a starting salary of £23,600 (pro rata) plus a £500 joining bonus. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and develop skills to make a real impact.
As an intern, you'll be placed in one of our business areas, including Aerospace, Defence, Group IT, Group Business Services, or Rolls-Royce Solutions UK. You'll gain a fantastic insight into a leading global business and contribute to solving challenges across various areas, from HR to IT, strategy to innovation, and more.
We're looking for a current university student studying any subject with at least one year left in your degree. You should be open-minded, curious, collaborative, and agile, with a willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations.
