高级专员，财务系统管理（SAP)

At AIA, we're transforming our organisation to be faster, simpler, and more connected. We're looking for someone to join our team as a Senior Specialist in Financial Systems Management (SAP).

Job Summary: As a Senior Specialist in Financial Systems Management (SAP), you will be responsible for user maintenance of SAP financial systems, ensuring that approval processes, master data, and reports comply with financial policy requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in SAP financial project implementation, with a focus on those familiar with SAP software and having experience in financial data warehouse reporting design or management report support;
• Resolve daily operational issues for financial function teams, providing technical support and diagnosis;
• Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems to integrate data, ensure consistency, and support data modeling and analysis;
• Develop solutions to operational issues, promote financial automation, and enhance efficiency and risk control capabilities;
• Maintain SAP system, ensure system change approval mechanism runs smoothly, and track financial demands throughout the process;
• Regularly verify financial system master data to ensure completeness and accuracy, and generate operational analysis reports;
• Support financial process optimization or automation projects, including demand analysis, IT progress coordination, testing, and user training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, information management, or related fields;
• 3+ years of experience in financial system management or professional software vendor work;
• Proficient in relevant financial software, familiar with SAP systems, understanding of SAP module principles and system data architecture, preferably with SAP implementation experience in the financial industry;
• Experience in management report support for expenses and budgets is preferred;
• Familiar with common data modeling methods and data governance knowledge, with strong business understanding and abstract thinking abilities;
• Good analytical, communication, and independent problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
