Description
AIA Digital+ is seeking a Principal Specialist - Business Analysis to support specific functional/business areas in terms of information system needs.
The successful candidate will act as a liaison between information technology and business for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating new applications and identifying systems requirements
- Evaluating new information technology developments and evolving business requirements and recommending appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements
- Coordinating with relevant information technology departments and third-party vendors to design, implement and maintain information systems to enable reporting and service delivery
- Preparing communications and facilitating presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives
