We are seeking a Strategic Intelligence Leader to leverage advanced analytics, data, and AI to create differentiated intelligence capabilities and strategic advantage. You will translate complexity into clear decisions, priorities, and actions for executive leaders and the Board. You will drive organisational learning by ensuring insights are converted into measurable business outcomes and enterprise value.

- Challenge conventional thinking and help the organisation act with greater speed, confidence, and precision in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
- Develop trusted external relationships and maintain an active presence across industry, innovation, investment, academic, and thought leadership networks.
- Act as an external ambassador and connector for the enterprise, cultivating relationships with industry leaders, innovators, academics, investors, startups, and ecosystem partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, competitive intelligence, market intelligence, business transformation, corporate development, innovation, consulting, venture investing, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and translating market, customer, competitive, technology, and industry insights into enterprise strategy and business action.
- Proven success influencing executive-level strategic decisions.
- Experience leveraging advanced analytics, data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
- Strong strategic foresight capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling enterprise capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical, synthesis, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence across all levels of an organisation without direct authority.
- Track record of identifying, evaluating, and advancing new growth opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within healthcare, healthcare technology, digital health, life sciences, consulting, venture capital, private equity, innovation, or adjacent industries.
- Experience building or leading modern intelligence, insights, analytics, strategic planning, or foresight functions.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI-enabled intelligence platforms, data ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
- Experience engaging directly with startup ecosystems, venture communities, academic institutions, innovation hubs, industry associations, or strategic partner networks.
- Established external network of healthcare, technology, innovation, investment, or ecosystem leaders.
- Experience advising executive leadership teams and Boards on enterprise strategy, growth opportunities, disruptive trends, and long-term strategic risks.

- 255,800 - 383,800 USD per year
