iCapital is seeking an Alternative Data Management Analyst to join the Data Solutions team. This role involves managing alternative investment data, ensuring data integrity, quality, and governance, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage source documents and retrieval methods for alternative investment products
- Enrich unstructured data into existing data infrastructure
- Ensure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of investment data
- Adhere to data governance best practices
- Collaborate across teams to provide insights from alternative investment data
- Continuously look for ways to automate and improve existing processes
- Maintain and share standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in data management, analysis, or financial operations
- Proficiency in data management tools, Excel, and other software
- General understanding of the alternative investment landscape
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and continuously learn new technologies

- Base salary range: $60,000 to $65,000
