As a Red Bull Musketeer, you embody the Red Bull lifestyle and are a true brand ambassador. You'll work with top bars, restaurants, clubs, and events to build long-term partnerships and find new opportunities to promote the brand. Your goal is to increase Red Bull sales through creative concepts and new distribution channels.
This full-time role, initially contract-based for two years, offers the chance to thrive in an ambitious and reliable team.
Responsibilities
- Area Management: You'll manage existing and new clients in the night and scene gastronomy, ensuring a perfect presentation using innovative tools. You'll make the Red Bull brand visible at events, festivals, trendy bars, and top clubs, guaranteeing product availability and visibility according to our goals.
- Communication & Innovation: As a Musketeer, you'll speak the language of gastronomy and love the dynamic nature of the industry. You'll identify unique customer needs and present our brand portfolio in the right context, spotting new trends and opportunities to implement them successfully.
- Reporting, KPIs, and Analyses: You'll lay the foundation for a successful strategy with administrative tasks and data management. This includes monitoring competition, trend scouting, and potential analysis of new distribution points. Regular reporting will help you track progress and improve continuously.
Requirements
- Completed studies or vocational training
- Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
- Strong networking skills and passion for the gastronomy scene
- Experience in practical gastronomy and sales-promoting knowledge are beneficial
- Proficiency with PCs, laptops, iPads, iPhones, and standard software
- Flexible working hours and self-organised work style
- Driver's license class B required
- Ideally residing in the designated area
- Self-responsible and independent working style
- Travel readiness: 90-100%
