Senior QA Specialist - FC

Electronic Arts creates entertainment, inspiring players and fans worldwide. As a Senior QA Specialist - FC, you will work with the FC QV team, reporting to the QA Development Manager, to guide quality practices across QV.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality process for assigned features and create test plans to ensure end-to-end coverage
• Help evolve the team's tools and processes with a focus on expanding capabilities and responsibilities
• Promote a "player-oriented" approach by providing qualitative feedback during game testing
• Report high impact bugs and provide relevant feedback to improve game quality
• Use data analysis to inform test prioritization, tool engagement and QA coverage strategies
• Build working relationships with members of the development, production and design teams
• Foster a collaborative team environment through mentorship and guidance

Requirements

• 2+ years of applicable work experience
• Experience making qualitative and data-driven decisions within a QA environment
• Understanding of quality assurance processes, workflows, defect and task tracking software
• Game domain knowledge of football and gaming, with a player first mentality
• Experience working in an embedded, integrated product team
