Join Logitech's Gaming Business Group as a Project Manager to develop and ship leading-edge gaming peripherals.
Your Contribution: Lead gaming controller project development activities and sustain product lifecycle management. Lead and staff a project team with multiple functions and sites worldwide. Partner with product management, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to deliver project goals. Collaborate with SIM product management, design, engineering, and operations to explore and deliver roadmap requirements. Coordinate problem-solving activities to improve processes and maximize team performance. Collaborate with contract manufacturers to ensure successful product development and launch. Implement ECO changes to product and manufacturing processes. Oversee multiple project activities to achieve operational objectives. Set team goals and track progress. Advise and mentor team members. Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving processes. Identify and mitigate project risks.
Key Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in a high-tech environment with a cross-functional and global team. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively. Good knowledge of project management concepts and implementation project team leading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Formal Project Management training and Certification (PMP) preferred. Engineering or material background or management experience is a plus.
Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.
