Human Resources Specialist - HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist - HR Business Partner to join our team in Bragança Paulista, Brazil. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing tactical HR support to managers and employees, identifying and executing initiatives to drive business performance, and collaborating with functional teams to enable high performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to influence people-related priorities and drive high performance
• Train, coach, and develop managers to adopt and execute global HR philosophies
• Influence and manage key stakeholders to meet employee and business needs
• Provide insights and analysis on people-related metrics to guide business decisions
• Support the HR Manager in defining local people plans and talent development initiatives
• Manage and lead direct reports to enable high performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist or business partner, preferably in a global organization
• Proven success in supporting managers to execute HR philosophies and tools
• Experience in recruitment, compensation, and benefits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
