Internship: Training & After-Sales Data Analysis

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our After-Sales & Customer Relations team at Porsche France S.A.S. for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

As an intern in our Training & After-Sales Data Analysis team, you will be working closely with the Head of After-Sales Training and the Head of Technical Service, Warranty, and Parts & Accessories.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the organization and logistics of technical and vocational training programs for our French network
• Participating in the management of customer satisfaction surveys and analysis
• Contributing to the deployment of training plans for the French network
• Assisting in the creation, updating, and analysis of reports, dashboards, and presentations for the French network, Porsche France, and Porsche AG
• Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate and timely order processing for competition parts

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree
• Good level of English
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
