Power Generation Field Service Technician - Level III

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Generation Field Service Technician - Level III to join our team. As a technical specialist and primary customer support contact, you will diagnose and execute complex repairs to generators and components at the customer's site. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining productive customer relations, applying specialized tools and procedures to complete complex repairs, and performing preventative maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and continually develop productive customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
• Apply specialized tools and follow documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete complex repairs at customer site
• Perform preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on power generation products in the field
• Escalate unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisors
• Coach and develop technicians and/or apprentices and transfer knowledge and experience to others
• Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents
• Maintain service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
• Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation

Requirements:

Salary: $65,600 - $98,400 per year
