The successful candidate will play a crucial role providing website and application development and maintenance support for the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) located on MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently and collaboratively to support new code development and implementations, updates, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
- Develop and maintain web applications using .NET, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS
- Design and implement web services and APIs
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues
- Collaborate with technical leads and software engineers
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with object-oriented programming languages, relational databases, and development toolkits
- 3+ years of web development experience with .NET, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience with IIS, Apache Web Servers, and web services/APIs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, C#, and JavaScript
- Experience with UI/UX libraries and relational database design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
