Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving target levels of sort efficiency and throughput speed, while maintaining an efficient warehouse team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring warehouse sort target efficiency is achieved through data analysis and physical checks
- Troubleshooting operational issues as they arise
- Coordinating instructions from other departments to the warehouse team
- Scheduling workload equally among team members
- Coordinating the loading and unloading of trucks
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse area through regular inspections
- Ensuring no damage to items during loading/unloading
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in logistics or warehouse management
- Experience in managing and disciplining drivers is an added advantage
