Media Network Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Network Specialist to join our team in Guatemala City. As a Media Network Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, producing, programming, and distributing locally relevant content for Red Bull Guatemala.

Your main objectives will be:

• Developing and executing the social media strategy and content programming for Red Bull Guatemala's social media channels
• Creating high-quality, locally relevant content that resonates with Guatemalan audiences
• Building and maintaining relationships with key media partners, journalists, and content creators
• Identifying and collaborating with influencers and content creators who can help amplify the Red Bull brand
• Monitoring and optimising content performance using analytics tools

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in Spanish and intermediate to advanced English
