At Wolt, you're part of a team creating technology for delivery services, operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries.
As a Store Manager (WM) in Copenhagen, Denmark, you'll lead one of our stores, guiding and developing 5-8 Shift Leads.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, growing, and motivating a team
- Ensuring smooth store operations, including inventory and stock management
- Hiring, training, and providing feedback to team members
- Collaborating with other functions to ensure a good product selection
- Monitoring shrink levels and controlling food waste
- Managing shift scheduling and handling incoming goods
Requirements:
- Leadership experience
- Experience in a grocery store is a plus
- Fast learner with multitasking abilities
- Proactive and service-minded
- Fluent English
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
