Workplace Experience Site Specialist

Electronic Arts is seeking a Workplace Experience Site Specialist to drive optimised workplace operations at their Del Rey site in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will report to the Workplace Experience Manager and work fully onsite.

The Workplace Experience Site Specialist will ensure adherence to operational standards, service quality, and expected outcomes of the Del Rey site. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing vendor performance against service levels
• Coordinating workplace services and vendor activities, including janitorial, maintenance, food service, repairs, furniture, and office amenities
• Supporting invoice and budget tracking, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings
• Managing employee experience programs, including onsite activations, hospitality services, and site communications
• Contributing to Workplace Experience projects, coordinating operational changes such as moves, refurbishments, and new service rollouts
• Partnering cross-functionally with IT, Security, PP, and Studio teams to support operational and project-related programs
• Maintaining workplace standard operating procedures, operational records, space planning tools, and workplace documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, office management, hospitality, or related environments
• Experience managing vendors, supporting workplace projects, and coordinating operational projects
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and accomplishing activations from concept to completion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
