Systems Analyst - Associate - LME

We are seeking a Systems Analyst - Associate to join our Low Latency Matching Engine (LME) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing a critical piece of our low latency testing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Create a best-in-class functional and non-functional test harness for our key matching engine technology
• Process and categorize output data for daily interrogation by the business and technology teams
• Incorporate packet capture technologies to accurately measure system latency in production-like environments
• Collaborate with the main engineering team to ensure the testing framework meets their needs
• Proficient coding in Java, C++, or Python
• Understand the Linux network stack and be interested in learning more about low latency systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience in large-scale systems with multiple components
• At least 3 years of programming experience in Python, Java, or C++
• Understanding of microservice architecture
• Good analytical mind, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Fluent spoken and listening English
• Proficiency in SDLC methodology and documentation
• High-level understanding of agile software delivery principles is desirable
• Knowledge of messaging platforms, Linux network stack, packet capture/pcaps, and testing frameworks
• Good analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and experience contributing to automation strategy
• Ability to provide clear, insightful analysis and commentary
• Collaboration with individuals and teams across the organization at all levels
