The ideal candidate will have the skills to create a Technical Product Management Team to drive Synopsys’s Product Strategies for Established Process Nodes in concert with the Executive Director of ICV Product Management. In this role, you will develop and manage a team of experienced technical product managers and associated staff to drive adoption of Synopsys EDA solutions into the rapidly evolving established process node ecosystem, due to the rapidly expanding 3D and Chiplet market.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and execution of the strategies for established process node designs that aligns with advanced process node offerings and Synopsys' broader business objectives.
- Establish and manage a team that develops the requirements and technical collateral needed by the established nodes to design more complex designs faster using Synopsys offerings.
- Work closely with product management, R&D, and Technical Sales teams to align established node and advanced node needs for 3D verification with Synopsys product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Engage with leading customers to embed new Synopsys ICV solutions into their design flows.
- Drive collaborative initiatives with partners that lead to innovative solutions, incorporating unique Synopsys product integrations and ecosystem synergies.

- Accelerate Synopsys’ strategic positioning in the 3D and Chiplet established node market via identification and development of competitive differentiation in concert with advanced process node engagements.
- Create a world-class established node Product Management team that helps define all the elements required to use Synopsys EDA solutions for all process nodes, established and advanced.
- Strengthen Synopsys’ influence and thought leadership within the EDA and semiconductor ecosystem through compelling presentations and industry engagement.
Requirements:
- 25+ years of relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience.
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering and/or Device Physics required; PhD in your field desired.
- Deep expertise in understanding the Semiconductor ecosystem, and expertise with Foundry, EDA PDK development, and associated relationships.
- Proven ability to create and grow a product management team that can support Synopsys product teams and customers worldwide.
