HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. As a Service Technician, you will provide heating and cooling service, repairs, and maintenance to our customers. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Providing heating and cooling service, repairs, and maintenance
• Communicating with customers and the office through an electronic scheduling system
• Obtaining customer approval for work and payment on-site
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Assuming responsibility for company vehicles, diagnostic tools, and uniforms
• Serving as a teacher and leading by example for apprentices
• Attending group meetings and training as needed

Required skills and abilities:

• Minimum of three years field experience and formal training
• EPA certification
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work as an effective team member
• Computer skills and use of electronic devices
• Ability to work on a ladder and lift 50 pounds
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid, clean driver's license
• Professional set of tools
