We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team at Clarion Housing Group.
The successful candidate will deliver a first-class service to our properties covering Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas. The role involves carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist trades and secondary trades.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, and property checks efficiently and within deadlines
- Provide good customer care
- Work with a company vehicle provided for work use only
Requirements:
- Experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, and flooring
- Valid UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Benefits:
- Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 per year
- Eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance
