Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive business transformation using AI solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing current business operations, designing and building AI solutions using Salesforce's Agentforce, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and model current business operations to identify areas for improvement
- Design and build AI solutions using Agentforce and other Salesforce products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT system development and implementation
- Strong understanding of business analysis and process modeling
- Experience with AI and LLM technologies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce products and services
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Apex and Flow
- Experience with data integration and analytics tools
- Certification in Salesforce or related technologies
