Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, Monday 04:00 - 08:00 and Saturday 04:00 - 13:00, providing five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who’s ready to raise the bar by confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to our customers. You'll utilise our digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and ensure they get the products they want when they need them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Working flexibly across various areas of the store
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment
In return, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
