Supply Chain Analyst II

The Supply Chain Analyst II provides comprehensive customer service and support across various channels for both business and end-consumer customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer service activities for Industrial Sales business, including order to cash (OTC) activities
• Leading day-to-day customer service and order to cash functions
• Ensuring product availability and accurate invoicing
• Collaborating with product supply, external warehouses, and internal stakeholders
• Engaging with customers on a regular basis related to orders, invoicing, and collections
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to Industrial Sales processes

The ideal candidate will have:

• A BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• SAP experience

Preferred qualifications include:

• Analytical capability, agility, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision making

The salary range for this position is $100,480.00 - $150,720.00 per year, dependent on education and experience. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
