Description
The Senior Manager Financial Analysis role at Logitech involves working closely with senior members of the Chief Design Officer team to plan and develop financial forecasts, resource planning, and cost allocation. You will input data into the Onestream system, provide monthly and ad hoc actuals versus plan reports, and form strong working partnerships with senior business leaders.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop financial models to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Manage accurate rolling forecasts and review budget vs. actuals with the senior leadership team
- Partner with management to gather, analyze, and prepare recommendations regarding strategy and financial plans
- Interface effectively with all organizational levels to share financial data and goals
- Build strong relationships within the department, finance, and business partners
- Complete ad hoc requests from various business partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within FP&A
- Experience in early-stage startups and/or high-growth companies
- Exceptional budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis skills, with expert understanding of Excel and SQL
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an environment with minimal direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills (power user)
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $150,000 and $205,500.
