Manager, Propositions GTM

We are looking for a Manager, Propositions GTM to report to the Associate Director, Product & Propositions. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, driving, and executing impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for AIA's product and proposition portfolio across distribution channels.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and standardize the Go-To-Market (GTM) framework across Distribution channels
• Partner with Proposition Development teams to translate customer insights into compelling proposition positioning
• Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new and existing propositions
• Build and coach a high-performance team to ensure deliver expected outcomes
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders on distribution channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Life/Health Insurance, Financial Services
• Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral
• Customer-Centric mindset and presentation skills at an influencing level
