Anduril's Quality organization is seeking a Learning and Development Program Manager, Quality to join our team and design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that empower our quality professionals and the cross-functional teams they support.

The Quality team works with our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements, and this role ensures that every person touching quality processes has the knowledge, skills, and tools to execute at the highest level.

You will create and deliver onboarding programs, skills-based curricula, and continuous learning pathways that drive adoption of QMS processes and cultivate a culture of quality at Anduril.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the quality organization's goals, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
  • Conduct training needs assessments across quality teams to identify skill gaps and emerging development priorities tied to program milestones and audit findings.
  • Facilitate learning programs, workshops, planning sessions as needed.
  • Keep management informed of Learning and Development activities, priorities, risks, and outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives through planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure.
  • Support change-management initiatives associated with the quality management systems, digital tools, employee onboarding and team development.
  • Ensure learning programs remain aligned with evolving QMS, regulatory, and technical.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in organizational development, industrial engineering, quality management, education, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in learning and development, training, or quality assurance within defense, aerospace, or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with AS9100, ITAR/EAR, and CMMC or equivalent cybersecurity maturity frameworks.
  • Experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional project teams.
