Technical Program Manager, Agent Safety & Security

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead high-priority safety and security programs, advancing defense in depth for agents. The successful candidate will coordinate work across teams to strengthen the development and deployment of agents safely and securely.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and extend the existing roadmap for all work contributing to this effort across the company
• Turn program goals into measurable exit criteria at each phase of the work
• Run the operating rhythm, chairing leads meetings, working group meetings, design reviews, and executive check-ins
• Lead executive and contributor communication, driving conversations and writing regular reports
• Maintain the risk register, tracking risks, exceptions, and risk acceptances
• Drive company-wide communications, partnering with internal communications on progress updates
• Lead through other TPMs, coordinating subject matter-specific TPMs and engineering managers
• Take coordination load off technical leaders, finding owners for cross-team problems
• Maintain industry context, tracking relevant incidents, capabilities shifts, and research

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant area, such as agent or infrastructure security, ML classifiers and monitoring, or protecting an organization's most sensitive data
• Experience leading company-wide technical programs, especially security programs
• Strong background in at least one of the program's domains
• Ability to work independently, setting direction without waiting for instructions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and fast for any audience
• Experience with AI tools, such as Claude

Salary Range: $365,000-$435,000 USD
