Project Manager, Client Connectivity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Global Payments Solutions - Client Connectivity team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing cash management solutions for corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client implementation, technical integration, and solution delivery for cash management solutions
• Onboard corporate clients onto HSBC's payment and receivables platform
• Act as a consultant to clients during implementation
• Provide consultation to sales teams and participate in deal teams to secure mandates
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards and implement group compliance policies
• Contribute to the management and development of the Client Connectivity function
• Manage escalations, senior management interventions, and operational risk
• Build relationships with clients and become the first point of contact for GPS-related requirements
• Track revenue for clients being onboarded onto HSBC's platform

Qualifications:

• Project management skills with experience in client implementation and integration
• Technical knowledge of file formats and industry standards
• Experience in corporate banking and knowledge of the banking environment and regulatory framework
• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and people-oriented skills
• Ability to work under pressure and think laterally
