Fraud Operations Analyst - Night Shift

As a Fraud Operations Analyst, you'll take ownership of cases that automation can't settle on its own. You'll use your in-depth investigation and problem-solving skills to protect our users from suspicious activity, bringing empathy and effective communication into every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate ambiguous fraud cases where the signals aren't clear-cut, weighing behavioral and contextual clues to tell a genuine user from a fraudster
• Choose whether to act, ask, or escalate: fast, accurate calls that protect users' money
• Feed what you learn back into our fraud tooling, so automation catches more and fewer edge cases reach the queue over time
• Become a detective in fraud prevention, using your skills to protect our users
• Provide the best support possible with empathy and effective communication

Requirements:

• Knowledge of fraud monitoring and prevention
• Close attention to detail, noticing subtle behavioral and contextual clues
• Thinking from the user's perspective first, with empathy and understanding of how to protect their interests
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter, spotting when an AI-based tool is being used against us
• Knowledge of KYC and PayOps is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, speaking English fluently
