Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an Associate to join its market-leading Aviation team within its Banking and Finance practice in Singapore.
The global aviation group holds 10 Tier-1 rankings across leading legal directories and has been at the cutting-edge of innovative financing structures. The team advises airlines, lessors, and banks on various transactions, including purchase orders, finance and operating leases, and restructuring.
As an Associate, you will work directly with colleagues and clients on complex, cross-border transactions, taking ownership of key workstreams and developing experience across the full lifecycle of aviation financing and leasing matters.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience, qualified in Singapore, England & Wales, or equivalent in a common law jurisdiction
- Prior experience in aviation matters
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong ownership and initiative, with excellent management and organization skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- First-class legal and drafting skills
- Strong academic background
- Acute willingness to learn and take experience to the next level
