We are seeking experienced or Newly Qualified Social Workers to join our Children's Social Work Talent Pool. As a Social Worker in Wandsworth, you will build relationships with families to bring about change and support children to live at home wherever possible. You will join multi-agency teams offering the best practice conditions to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
Our Children's Social Work Service consists of Family Help and Children We Care For services with stable, knowledgeable, and creative teams. Social workers benefit from small teams, regular supervision, and manageable caseloads.
We offer various salary packages (£42,000 - £64,512 per year) plus benefits, including a £5,000 welcome bonus and £1,000 retention bonus every 2 years of service, payment of Social Work England registration fee, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with families to bring about change and support children to live at home wherever possible
- Work with families to co-produce child and family assessments and build family-led plans
- Practice alongside co-located Children's Practitioners, Adult Mental Health Practitioners, Substance Misuse, and Domestic Abuse Practitioners
