Partnerships Business Operations Manager

About the role

As the Partnerships Business Operations Manager at Anthropic, you will be the operations generalist behind the partner program, an ecosystem growing quickly with an operational layer still being designed.

The role has two main focuses: intake, where you will own the front door for new process requests and build the intake process itself, and flexibility, where you will serve as the generalist allocated to the most pressing operational issue at the time.

You will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Finance, RevOps, Sales, Enablement, Product, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Triage, scope, and prioritise new process requests from the partner organisation
• Design and implement new partner operations processes from scratch
• Build and improve AI automations using Claude
• Work on special operations projects with cross-functional teams
• Manage the process and data side of registrations, referrals, incentives, applications, and onboarding
• Encode program policy in systems and maintain data hygiene
• Enable partners and internal teams with guidance and support
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to stay aligned with the business
• Establish service levels and report on key metrics

Minimum qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or investment banking, with 1-3+ years in business operations or a comparable role
• Strong project management ability with experience influencing cross-functional operational initiatives
• Hands-on experience creating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools
• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with deal registration systems, partner relationship management platforms, and commission management tools
• Previous experience at an AI/ML or fast-scaling technology company
• Experience with partner or channel program design
• Hands-on Salesforce experience
• A track record of standing up operational processes and reporting from scratch

• Annual salary: $170,000-$215,000 USD
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
