Inpakoperator

We're currently expanding our chocolate factory in Borsbeek and are looking for an Inpakoperator to join our production and packaging team.

As an Inpakoperator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and cleaning maintenance of the packaging machine, contributing to high productivity.

Your tasks will include:

• Operating and feeding the packaging machine according to correct safety and quality standards
• Reporting irregularities to colleagues, line operators, and shift leaders
• Cleaning the packaging machine and workspace
• Manual work such as packaging, labeling, stacking, and processing rework

Requirements:

• Ability to oversee a fast-moving packaging machine
• Attention to order, hygiene, and safety, with adherence to procedures
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic technical insight to detect small faults
• Alertness to report irregularities
• Ergonomic working and physical ability to bend and lift
• Production experience is desirable but not necessary; chocolate production knowledge is a plus
• Dutch language proficiency
• Experience with food environment norms is a advantage
