Join NVIDIA's dynamic and collaborative Global GPU Software Engineering organization as a Human Resources Business Partner! In this role, you will provide HR support to enable NVIDIA to achieve success. You'll partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to craft and complete strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, empowerment, retention, and prioritization of work.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing detailed, practical, and valuable support, such as:
- Collaborating with Senior HR leaders to support the GPU Software business
- Partnering closely with managers and leaders to support day-to-day HR needs
- Running HR metrics and analytics, including monitoring business unit-specific goals and collaborating with the HR Reporting team on tailored requests and automation
- Supporting leaders through the performance management process
- Providing support on activities such as mobility, immigration, hiring, engagement, and retention
- Supporting the rollout of the annual review cycles process, providing insights and analysis of manager decisions
- Offering compensation processes support as needed, including salary planning, approval of salary actions, relocations, promotions, and job re-leveling
- Assist with coordinating and implementing employee and manager development programs
- Communicating insights from the employee surveys and collaborating with leaders on action planning and follow-through
- Maintaining accurate HR data and managing employee transactions in HR systems with a high level of integrity and timeliness
- Leveraging AI tools and technology to improve HR processes, reporting, and overall operational efficiency
We are looking for HR Business Partners to work closely with high-performing HR team to plan and deliver groundbreaking HR support.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Human Resources client-facing or relevant experience
- Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning
- Strong business insight and understanding of cross-functional work
- Knowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practices
- Experience in organization assessment, planning, and development; change management experience is a plus
- Solid understanding in three or more of the following areas: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, mobility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday/HRIS systems, with advanced knowledge in Excel
- Demonstrated program and project management skills
