Description
We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our team at Red Bull North America in Waddell, Arizona. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for managing inventory control topics between Red Bull North America, RB HQ, and Logistics Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and process warehouse claims, samples, and disposals
- Execute daily/weekly receipt and shipment reconciliation
- Organize and stage product to support daily warehouse operations
- Verify products have the correct SKU quantities
- Execute stock adjustments, restocks, and stock movements within the facility
- Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
- Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory to SAP
- Inspect and audit product quality, ensuring no damage to product or pallets
- Collaborate with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners
- Provide direct support for clearing non-mechanical issues with LGV units
Requirements:
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to count and comfortable with arithmetic
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Able to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours per day

Schedule:
- Rotating shift schedule: Week 1: Monday - Thursday 5am – 5pm, Week 2: Monday - Wednesday 5am – 5pm
- Must be open to overtime and schedule flexibility as needed
