Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin, North Carolina. This is a full-time position with a mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities.
Job Summary: As a Physical Therapist, you will provide patient care assessment and treatment, ensure comprehensive and functional evaluations, and establish treatment plans with realistic goals. You will also supervise support staff, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services.

Requirements:
- B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from an accredited physical therapy school
- Current licensure in the state of North Carolina
- CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C
