Agency, Intern

We're looking for an intern to support the day-to-day activities of Agency Marketing & Engagement - Marketing & Communications department. This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to deliver successful agency marketing campaigns.
• Support agency marketing & communication campaigns, including pre-event preparations and post-event tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the team as required.
• Provide general operational support as assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong interest in marketing, communications, and the insurance industry.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership.
