Senior Architect, Agentic AI for Marketing

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Architect to shape the next generation of Agentic AI platforms for Marketing. The successful candidate will combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering to translate marketing opportunities into reliable AI agents and reusable platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and delivery of Agentic AI solutions supporting NVIDIA Marketing, including personalization, content discovery, and campaign intelligence.
• Translate business and marketing needs into practical agent architectures.
• Advance NVIDIA Marketing's agentic AI platform by building on capabilities such as agent-tool gateways, multi-agent orchestration, and conversational data assistants.
• Shape the platform roadmap across various capabilities.
• Partner with engineers to design reliable interfaces for agent invocation and integrations with marketing platforms.
• Establish production practices for agentic systems.
• Guide technical tradeoffs across model quality, retrieval precision, and business impact.
• Build prototypes, reference architectures, and reusable components.

Requirements:

• A BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, solutions architecture, or applied AI.
• Experience building and deploying applications involving LLMs, generative AI, RAG, recommendation systems, or agentic AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Understanding of agentic AI system design.
• Experience designing integrations between AI agents and enterprise tools.
• Experience developing conversational AI experiences.
• Experience with production AI or software infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ownership of technical solutions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous business problems and communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Production multi-agent systems, agent runtimes, or tool-using agents.
• Experience with NVIDIA AI software, including NIM, NeMo, and Triton.
• Knowledge of agent evaluation and observability.
