Part-Time Café Ambassador - West Town Mall

As a Part-Time Café Ambassador at Capital One's West Town Mall location, you will be the face of the company's mission to change banking for good. You will act as a high-end service specialist and a guide to digital banking, helping customers navigate the digital ecosystem and providing genuine conversations about Capital One's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with guests in a high-energy environment
• Share the value of Capital One's products and services through genuine conversation
• Guide customers through the digital ecosystem and troubleshoot tech challenges
• Host and support local events that promote financial health
• Advocate for customers and resolve issues in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment
• Stay agile and engaged throughout the day

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree
• 2+ years of banking experience
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills
